Availability
Overview
Any access level comes with permissions for adding and/or editing expenses in both member and non-member project permissions, i.e. for projects where the user is a member and projects where it is not.
Note
A prerequisite for using the permissions is the "Access billing information" global permission.
The permissions are as follows:
- Log expenses
- Edit actual expenses
- Edit planned expenses
The two last permissions cannot be enabled without the first one, Log expenses, being enabled too.
Expense permissions as they appear in a project access level are illustrated below:
Actions
The actions the permissions unlock in combination are summarized in the sections below. The case when all are enabled is not included as it's self-evident: it gives full control over expenses both at the project and activity level. See the sections below for actions that each option enables.
Log expenses
