Power BI (Business Intelligence) reports

Overview

Birdview offers a PBI module where you can have the benefit of Microsoft Power BI technology in a set of canned and custom PBI reports. 

BI dashboards are available in Birdview PSA Team and Enterprise, and (*) as an optional add-on—in Birdview PM Team and Enterprise. 

Access

To access the BI reports:

  • Click BI dashboards on the left-hand menu.

Permissions

To access BI dashboards, you'll need the following permissions:

  •  Access BI dashboards.

Custom PBI reports

Our dedicated PBI team will help you create a new custom report should you require one. Please contact your account manager in case a new PBI report is required to be added to address your business needs. If you create your own custom reports, you are welcome to ask our PBI team for assistance. Besides, our PBI report library is updated on a regular basis offering new opportunities. 

Also should you require an enhancement in an existent PBI report, please contact your account manager for help. 

 

Note

Customers with a PM Lite license can have the Business Intelligence module added for a modest, monthly fee.

 

Note

Your account can be set up to automatically email the BI reports on a regular schedule, in PDF format. To have this option, please contact your account manager at Birdview.
