Overview
The Reports screen consists of the following elements:

Add report
Use the control to start creating a new custom report. See Report generator for the procedure.
Publish report
Report visibility & availability
By publishing a report, you make it visible and available on Dashboard. The difference between report visibility and availability on Dashboard is that in the former case a report is actually on display on Dashboard, whereas an available report may be not actually visible but is kept on the Dashboard quick access list. To publish a report:
- Check off the report's checkbox in the Published column.
Unpublishing a report
To unpublish a report, clear the report's checkbox. The is will result in the report being removed disappearing from displayed Dashboard widgets. However, the report will still be available, i.e., kept on the Dashboard quick access list.
Report published status & visibility
There are three situations linked to report published status / dashboard visibility:
- The report publish status can be verified by the state of the report's checkbox in the Published column on the Reports screen.
- To remove the report from the widgets currently on display on Dashboard, clear the checkbox in the Published column. The report will cease to be displayed on Dashboard but will remain on the list of available widgets (quick access list).

General View
The Reports screen looks as follows:
Report list
The reports are listed in alphabetical order. Left of the name of a report is an icon signifying its type, as follows:
Columns
The columns available on the Custom tab are summarized in the table:

Contains the name of the report preceded with an icon corresponding to the type of report. |
Published | Indicates if the report is available on Dashboard. |
Last run date | Indicates the date when the report was last run. |
Last run by | Indicates the user who last ran the report. |
Creation date | Indicates the date on which the report was created. |
Created by | Indicates the creator of the report. |
Column width
The width of the columns can be adjusted.
To adjust the width of a column:
- Hover over the right border of the heading cell of the column you want to adjust.
- As the cursor changes into , press the left mouse button and holding it down move the mouse left or right until you get the desired width.
Column freezing
You may occasionally have the need to scroll the screen horizontally. To have a column remain attached to the right side of the screen and never disappear when the screen is scrolled horizontally, you can use column freezing.
To freeze a column:
- Hover over the heading of the column you want frozen.
- Click .
- Select Freeze column.
Row controls
The following controls are available on hovering the mouse pointer over a row.
