An activity you create can be one of three types – Task, Issue, or Request.
- A task-type activity would normally be a set of actions needed to be taken to attain an objective.
- An issue-type activity would be a problem, such as ‘glitch’ or ‘bug’ or something else, that need to be fixed to carry on with your project.
- A request-type activity would be an additional feature your customer would like you to implement, or a similar thing.
