Overview
In addition to space-specific custom fields, you may want to have an opportunity to create sharable, "global" custom fields, which can then be imported into respective spaces. Custom fields of this type are created here.
Birdview offers the flexibility to store custom fields for managing data related to your current projects. In Company settings you'll find a range of custom field types designed to seamlessly integrate with your day-to-day tasks, allowing you to store and monitor various information alongside your regular work.
You can create custom fields for:
- projects,
- activities,
- customers,
- users,
- portfolios,
- expenses and
- time entries.
It is also possible to limit a custom field visibility by portfolios.
Note
Custom fields created in Company settings are global custom fields, which must be imported into respective spaces before they become visible in projects.
