How do I export a project to a MS Project file?

You can export projects along with activities to the XML format, which can then be imported to MS Project.

Method 1: Via project details

1. In Activity Center, hover the pointer over the row of the project you wish to export.
2. Hover the pointer over the project name.
3. Click Details. 
4. As the project details open, click  to access additional options.
5. Select Export to MS Project.
6. An XML file will be generated and downloaded straight away, or a prompt asking your permission appears first.

Method 2: Via More actions menu 

1. In Activity Center, hover the pointer over the row of the project you wish to export.
2. Hover the pointer over the project name.
3. Click More actions ().
4. Select Export to MS Project.
5. An XML file will be generated and downloaded straight away, or a prompt asking your permission appears first.
