You can copy (duplicate) an activity to the same or multiple different projects in one go.
This feature may be unavailable if you do not have appropriate permissions in your role. Refer to your Birdview Administrator for details.
To copy an activity to several projects:
- While in Activity Center, click the selection mode button (
) in the header of the leftmost column, then locate the activity you want to duplicate and select its checkbox.
- Click Duplicate to on the batch operations panel, at the top of the page.
- Select the project(s) you want to copy the activity to.
- Select additional options as may be required:
- Change activity start date to today and status to open;
- Copy activity assignees;
- Don't send notifications.
- Click Apply.
