Overview
To empower a project manager or administrator to lock a closed activity for time logging, or approved time logs for editing Birdview offers time logs locking functionality. The feature is configured in Time tracking policy settings which are part of Company settings > Advanced settings.

Calendar days, not workdays. The current date is not included. Example: If today is March 6th, then time locking will be available from March 3rd (including) backward (for the 1-day-in-the-past choice), etc.

The rule covers the project level where members with Edit all (time entries) permission can be allowed to add or edit time entries locked by both or either of the rules above.

Time zone
The cutoff date for the first setting (Prevent the adding or editing of time entries by more than X days) is calculated based on the local time zone.
