How do I share a project snapshot with guest users?

You can share a snapshot of a project snapshot with a guest user. The snapshot can then be exported to a PDF file by the guest or shared as an HTML link with other people. This is a great way to communicate project planning or execution results with guest users, such as customer representatives.

Snapshot sharing

To share a project snapshot with one or more guest users:

1. Open Activity Center.
2. Click the More actions button ().
3. Click Project snapshots ().
4. Hover the mouse pointer over the snapshot you want to share (you may need to create one beforehand).
5. Click the More actions button ().
6. Select Share with Guest.
7. Click Invite Guest if you want to share it with a guest who is still not an account user, or
8. Click + Add Guest from list to select a guest available among the account users.
9. To add more guest users, click "+".
10. Click Apply.
