Payroll report definitions & notes
- Public holidays - when a user has logged time against a task, on "workdays" both before and after a public holiday (listed in the Company schedule area), then the payroll report will show that public holiday listed as a "paid" absence.
- Public holidays extra info - if the user does not have time logged as outlined, above, but is eligible to be paid for that public holiday, then he/she or their pm should add the day to his/her vacation calendar as a paid holiday.
- Overtime note - overtime is calculated full week-wise only - to see overtime hours the date filter or drill selector must be set to full weeks, based on the "work week" setting, in the Admin settings area. See, below, for more info on workweek.
- Workweek - the workweek can start on any day of the week, but default is Monday. To change, go to Settings and Payroll report link to set the day of the week your workweek starts on.
