How do I export projects to CSV?
You can export projects to a CSV file from Activity Center.
To export projects, follow these steps:
- Open Activity Center.
- Use Filters on the toolbar to filter out the projects you want exported.
- Use Columns to customize Activity Center. For how to customize AC, see here.
- Click More actions (
).
- Select Export to CSV.
- Select Projects on the export wizard menu.
- Click Export.
- Export will commence and the resulting CSV file will be downloaded to your downloads folder.
The exported file contains ONLY project-related fields and data. To export activities belonging to a specific project, refer to Export activities to CSV.
CSV file name
The exported file has the following name format:
projects_YYYYMMDDHHMM.csv,
where
YYYY = year
MM = month
DD = day
HH = hours
MM = minutes
MM = month
DD = day
HH = hours
MM = minutes
