How do I export activities to CSV?

You can export activities to a CSV file from the Activity Center. You can either export all the activities that are part of the projects currently on display, or only those that are visible (their project or parent activity have been expanded).  

Exporting all activities 

To export activities included with the projects currently on display in the Activity Center, follow these steps:

1. Open Activity Center.
2. Use Filters to filter out the activities you want exported.
3. Use Columns to customize Activity Center.
4. Click More actions ().
5. Select Export to CSV.
6. Select Activities on the export wizard menu. 
7. Click Export.
8. Export will commence and the resulting CSV file will be downloaded to your downloads folder.

Exporting expanded activities only

To export only expanded (visible) activities on display in the Activity Center, follow these steps:

1. Open Activity Center.
2. Use Filters to filter out the activities you want exported.
3. Use Columns to customize Activity Center.
4. Click More actions ().
5. Select Export to CSV.
6. Select Activities (Expanded only) on the export wizard menu. 
7. Click Export.
8. Export will commence and the resulting CSV file will be downloaded to your downloads folder.

CSV file name

The exported file has the following name format:

activities_YYYYMMDDHHMM.csv,
