How can I purchase Birdview?
Just place your order on our official website or contact the Sales department at 1-888-261-9878 or sales@birdviewpsa.com.
How many licenses do I need to purchase?
Birdview is licensed based on the total number of active user accounts with the "Can login" option enabled.
For example, if you need 10 different users to have their own logins, you need to get one 10-user license. Any disabled user login and a login that cannot log in does not count against the total number of user licenses.
For example, if you have 6 enabled logins/users, 3 disabled logins, and 2 who cannot log in, you need to have a license only for 6 users.
You can purchase additional user licenses any time you want. To do this, follow the next steps (you need to be logged in as a user with the Administrator access level):
- Click your avatar in the bottom left of the page and click Company settings.
- Choose Add licenses.
- You will be redirected to the Customer portal where you need to click Add more licenses.
If you want to add for longer than a 1-year term to enjoy a discounted license price, then please contact accounting@birdviewpsa.com with your account address (copy and paste the URL into your browser address bar).
