Overview
Birdview offers the "follower" functionality that allows users to follow activities they choose without being an assignee. The follower notification is independent of both email and push notification systems.

Below are listed cases when a user becomes a follower of an activity automatically (auto-follow):

Warning
If the Birdview notification system is disabled, the mentioned user will not be notified, but will be added to the followers.
Warning
Guest users cannot follow activities due to limitations of their access level.
Turning off auto-follow
Auto-follow options can be turned off as follows:
- Go to My settings > Notifications.
- In the Follow section, toggle off the auto-follow option(s) you want disabled.
